i'm with miller...

 

i was asked a few months back to paint a lemonade stand for the miller mcneill woodruff foundation... bella jack's had a fundraiser for the foundation, and some of the precious children sold lemonade from the stand. i feel so honored to have been a part of this, and i am so in awe of miller's parents each and every day. if you aren't familiar with his story, click here to learn more! fair warning, you'll need a tissue once you learn about his story. or a box of tissues.

wishing this was hanging in my front yard right now! i did this precious banner for a sweet family, and i just love how it turned out!

it is a small size, roughly 12x18, to fit on the garden flag holders that many people have in their front yards... the ribbon tabs are additional, as well.

a friend from college's son just celebrated his first birthday -- a few days before halloween! she wanted a fallish theme, so this is what we came up with! happy birthday, sweet boy!

what a fabulous room for a special little girl! her grandmother was my third grade teacher, but her mom and i didn't realize it until we had already begun working together! anyway, this sweet room was meticulously planned, so i had lots of fun getting to create a special canvas just for her!

vintage shoe shine kit

a friend had the neatest idea for her husband for father's day -- she found a vintage shoe shine kit and asked me to paint it up for him! these pictures really don't show a lot, but this turned out so cute (his monogram is in the green oval on top)!

a new friend asked me to do these for her, and the above pictures were taken on my phone because my camera was seriously on the fritz, so bear with the sad pictures! below are the canvases in her house...

they are quite large, 30x40 each, and make quite a statement together! that must be a big ole tv, though -- it dwarfs the canvases!!!
