a new policy...

obviously, i am doing a little work again these days. i guess b&c is officially open again, but i will only be able to accept what i know i can complete in a reasonable amount of time. 
and due to circumstances out of my control, i will be requiring payment up front (including a shipping estimate), with any remaining balance due on arrival. 
send me some ideas!
