Berry Chapel @ OBU

My good friend W's dad has an important position at Ouachita Baptist University, and she and her sisters decided to go together on his Christmas gift--a painted canvas of one of his favorite buildings on campus, Berry Chapel.

This was a challenge for me--I haven't even really sketched a building since college, though I definitely sketched my fair share back then. It was also challenging in that it was a gift for a MAN!!! No polka dots! What is a girl to do?

I really love how it turned out, and I hear he liked it pretty well, too!
